Return Policy

 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your product, you have seven days to contact me regarding your return.  You are responsible for return shipping charges, and once received at our studio, please allow up to five days for your refund to be processed.  You will be notified via email of the completion of the transaction.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges

 

We charge a flat rate of $3.50 for your order, regardless of order size.  All orders ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail on bow cards.  Tracking Information will be sent courtesy Paypal at the time of shipment.  An upgrade priority shipping is available at the rate of 6.50.  This will NOT affect processing time, it will just make transit time potentially 2-3 days shorter. 

 

Why do you ship on bow cards?  Won't this just increase the cost of the products?

 

Well... this is to protect the integrity of your bow!  God forbid the USPS crushes your box... but it sometimes happens.  Our bow cards help insure that your bow stays in its best shape no matter how the box arrives.  And don't worry, we order our bow cards through vista print ONLY when they are having a FREE sale.  So you can relax... you aren't being charged any extra for our fancy packaging! 

 

We are treating you like royalty... not charging you for it!

 

Processing Times

 

On average we have a three week processing time.

 

Each bow is handmade at the time of order to meet your custom requests, designs, or choice of color.  In very rare instances some ribbon will be on backorder or out of stock.  In the event that your desired item will not be readily available, your order may be delayed or you may be contacted regarding subsitution or refund.  You may be contacted in such instances.

 

In the event that you fail to pay for your order, your order will not be processed or begun until payment has been received.  Unless you choose the pay on delivery option, which is only available to local customers.
