FAQ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What if I want my bow smaller? Larger? TOP Anything is possible at our studio.
If you'd like your bow larger, simply contact customerservice@preciouspetalsboutique.comand we'll work out an arrangement.
In the meantime, if you are wanting a smaller version of any of our bows, simply make the purchase for that bow and in the special requests field please ask to "Petite Petal" the size. We'll shrink the bow to approximately 3" wide. Can I get a totally customized bow? TOP Yes! Just visit the "Your Design" section of the website http://www.preciouspetalsboutique.com/category_25/Your-Design.htm and place your order. You will be charged accordingly. Once your order has been placed, simply email a picture of your outfit to rachel@preciouspetalsboutique.com and we'll begin the process of discussing your custom piece! It's that easy!
How long will it take before I receive my bows? TOP All of our bows are handmade at the time of your purchase. Our bows are never mass produced as some like them smaller, wide, on no-slip, french barrettes, or baby bands. They are handmade to your specifications.
Therefore, processing time generally takes 3-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that times will vary according to our current schedule and workload. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not stock any premade items. What are your shipping rates? TOP We currently have three shipping options:
1. Local Pick-Up, only available for those that can make a pick-up in Hope, Arkansas.
2. Flat Rate USPS First Class Mail at a rate of $3.50. This is above and beyond what ALL of our competitors offer. All of your items will ship at this flat fee, regardless of order size.
3. USPS Priority Mail - for those that want it fast or those placing a "RUSH MY ORDER" request. How will my bows ship? TOP All of our bows ship in corrugated boxes. Bows will be placed on individual bow cards and wrapped loosely in high-quality tissue. All efforts are made to ensure your bows travel safely.
Why do we ship on bows cards? Won't this just increase the cost of the products?
Well... check this out, this is to protect the integrity of your bow! God forbid the USPS crushes you box... but it sometimes happens. Our bow cards help insure that your bow stays in it's best shape -- no matter how the box arrives.
We are treating you like royalty... not charging you for it!
I need my order FAST! TOP We do offer a premium paid service for Emergency/Rush orders.
Will you ship internationally? TOP International Shipments are handled on a case by case basis. For information regarding international shipments or if you are a customer looking to receive your items via international mail, please contact customerservice@preciouspetalsboutique.com. Are your products available for wholesale? TOP We do not wholesale our products. The only place to purchase a true PPB bow is on our website or through one of our independent resellers.
Our products are too time involved to be offered at large discounts or wholesale rates.
These are luxury, limited items.
Does your company meet the current CPSIA compliancy? TOP CPSIA - Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act
Yes we do. Our Certificates of Compliance may be obtained by emailing customerservice@preciouspetalsboutique.com with "Certification of Compliance" in the subject line.
We have received questions and comments from you, our customers, regarding the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, with respect to Title I –CHILDREN’S PRODUCT SAFETY. We have reviewed this document and have contacted all of our suppliers and received updated Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Test Certifications, and/or Test Analysis reports on all our product categories.
We have talked to each of our suppliers (flat back resins, clips, hair bow cards, glue sticks, and ribbon) and all our products either are well below 200 ppm or do not contain Lead or di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), or benzyl butyl phthalate (BBEP). |
